Greetings! I’m Cris, the visionary behind Yogämor. My journey into yoga commenced in 2017, eventually leading me to graduate in 2020 from Shiva Shankara in Petrópolis, Rio de Janeiro. Initially perceiving yoga as a mere physical pursuit centered on stretching, I soon discovered its profound impact on the harmony of mind, body, and soul. This realization transformed yoga into a lifestyle, empowering me to share its benefits with others and inspiring my life’s purpose.

Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to continual growth and expertise, undertaking various courses, trainings, workshops, and retreats across Japan, Brazil, Thailand, and Bali. Through these experiences, I’ve deepened my understanding of yoga’s philosophy, particularly through the study of Vedanta under the guidance of esteemed teacher Jonas Mazette.

Furthermore, I hold a specialization in the Yin Yang Vinyasa school, completing a rigorous 200-hour program, and have extended my knowledge through Shiva Shankara’s 340-hour curriculum.

Hello, I’m Juliana. After a transformative journey following the end of a ten-year marriage, I’ve embarked on a path of self-discovery and renewal. Through introspection and resilience, I’ve learned to navigate the challenges of change and embrace the opportunities for growth. As a hypnotherapist deeply passionate about the mind, I’ve spent over four years immersed in meditation, including intensive training in India and living at a Buddhist monastery in Thailand. Additionally, I’ve delved into the practice and philosophy of yoga during my 500-hour teacher training in Bali. Through these experiences, I’ve come to understand that our mind shapes our reality, and the quality of our thoughts determines the quality of our lives. Meditation, for me, is the key tool for training the mind. I’m thrilled to blend my expertise to help you discover inner peace, emotional intelligence, and a happier life.
